Reverse terrorist
The Moscow Times has an article discussing a secret Pentagon plan to foment terrorism by sending covert agents to infiltrate terrorist groups and goad them into action.
They reported this two years ago, and a recent Seymour Hersh article from The New Yorker prompted this reassessment. Just one of many reasons to be appalled at the secrecy surrounding America's intelligence budget.
